So was the food in the food court supposed to be authentic native american food from different areas? If so, I would go to the museum just for that.

Yes. And it is the only place I've ever seen make the claim where I can honestly say it looked very authentic. Each area's dishes clearly came from the same place culinary culture wise.

You had unusual bread dishes from one area, unusual seafood dishes from the pacific northwest, some buffalo dishes from plains areas, and similar, prepared there.

I'm planning on going back there simply because it was GREAT.

The same doesn't apply to snacks in the giftshop or the one unregioned part of the food court, on the other hand ^^
