Through a careful watch on my salt intake and by switching to nearly all water as far as drinking is concerned, I've successfully dropped my BP from 178/89 to 137/78! Now, time to lose more weight and get it to drop those last few points!

It's quiet, so terribly quiet. I don't mean that there is no noise, I've got music on, but that nothing is going on. So, I almost set off the alarm at work tonight. For some reason it didn't start a countdown when I set it today. Instead it went straight to arming itself, so when I unlocked and opened the door to leave, off it went!
