At last, we've finally gotten a taste of fall in Houston. It's wet and grey and cool, and out here in the suburbs I've smelled burning leaves a number of times in the past week. You have to get to the farmers' market early, because it goes fast, and it's mid-October, so most of the harvest is gone already, so pickings will be slim. But the soap-makers and prepared-food folks will be there, so it's still worth it. But we will want to get there early, like 9am early. Let us know if you're interested.
