Small update,

I'M NOT HURT!

Hurray!

Thats right, I didn't have any significant injuries holding me back at karate tonight, it almost felt some something was wrong because of that lol..

Just thought I should post some good news every now and then too :)~

Jump Back-kick into an elbo that might as well have been a tempered steel dagger, That has resulted in this week's "Most painful injury of the week". Needless to say, I'm limping and loving it, haha.

Good news is, my neck feels better!... Now I just can't walk, haha

Jump back 360 outside to inside hook kick. That's what did it. I worked out for about 35 minutes yesterday and the last kick I did period is one that totally threw my back out. Well at first I though it was just my back, then it spread to my neck and shoulders and totally screwed me up. Just to give an example, I cannot straighten my neck ( Read more... )

Bring the Noise

Today was really a miserable day. At about 2pm I started feeling pretty sick to my stomach and body. Not sure why though, I didn’t drink hardly at all last night, and didn’t eat anything that would stick out in my mind as “Poison”.
