Jump back 360 outside to inside hook kick. That's what did it. I worked out for about 35 minutes yesterday and the last kick I did period is one that totally threw my back out. Well at first I though it was just my back, then it spread to my neck and shoulders and totally screwed me up. Just to give an example, I cannot straighten my neck without using my hands, its permanently angled about 15 degrees to the right. It hurts to sit, hurts to move, hurts to breath, hurts to think. This morning I was able to sleep in till about 10:30. I was up at 7, and if you know me then you know I don't do 7am if I have anything to say about it. Just laying there in any position hurt an incredible amount and Sleeping wasn't even close to possible. So I got up and managed to get some clothes on (which was even more painful) in order to hobble down to GE to get some Advil and a snack. Holding my head with one hand and the power bar in the other I ate it on the walk back and took three times the recommended dosage of Advil. I then hopped in the shower and stood there with the water as hot as I could stand it focused on my upper back just trying to loosen it up enough to be bearable. After half an hour it was loose enough to be able to lay back down and I did so. Upon waking up the second time I had to repeat the process just to get loose enough to walk to class...

Needless to say, I don't think I'm going to be going to Karate today because I'm almost totally physically incapacitated. Which bodes well for the test on Saturday haha. It's times like these that really make me wish I had a girlfriend because a little massage therapy would be a lifesaver right about now.
