- Her eyes are normally amber. If she's doing something computery, however, her eyes will start getting gold highlights.
- Her hair is kinda long and ivory

How about Cyborgs...? Would she then shut down the electronic parts in them? (since they're half human)

I'd say yes! Her powers seem to work on all forms of electronics. However, this only comes up if someone's trying to rape/mindrape her, so unless you actively try and kill her or something on that level happens, she isn't going to walk around frying everything in Camp.
