[Chii extended stats/permissions]
General:
- She feels human! Her skin is human like, her flesh is fleshy, and she feels warm. But she doesn't have a heart beat or blood. She's 100% robot.
- Her eyes are normally amber. If she's doing something computery, however, her eyes will start getting gold highlights.
- Her hair is kinda long and ivory.
- She's very light on her feet when awake, to the point of outright defying gravity when necessary. When asleep, she's heavier.
- She does sleep! This is her ~recharging~. She doesn't, however, dream. Unless you count conversations with your inner dark twin.
Powers:
- Chii is faster than she looks. She can play dodge 'em with the top persocoms.
- She has anti-gravity. She can pretty much fly/hover when circumstances call for it.
- When Chii uses her chobits-y powers, she glows and/or floats. This can range from a simple glow to being kinda blinding.
- While she is all programming, her OS cannot be analysed. It won't show up if you try and read get it to display.
In sheer computer terms, Chii is over 9000! I am not exaggerating her sheer power. She has influence on a global scale.
- EMP wave She can freeze every robot/electornic near her, from a city right up to a world scale. So, Chii verses a couple of million near sentient robots? Chii wins. It's kinda an EMP wave that doesn't do lasting damage. This includes taking out the power and apparently blowing the water main. In action here.
- She can produce a concussive blast that knocks people back, blows out windows and can damage walls.
- She can control wires she's connected to, to tie people up and hang them from the ceiling. This is more of a Freya skill, but Chii could do it; I doubt it'll come up in her right mind.
- She's unhackable! A normal laptop-level persocom literally fries trying to read her and needs repairs, a custom made super powerful near sentient one crashes and loses data, a whole household of super-powerful customs don't make any progress for over an hour without her actively defending herself with EMP wave.
- She has hack-fu. Chii can override and overwhelm things. See Chii vs online game. Leading into...
- She can read the data off other persocoms, even if they're offline. Chii has robot telepathy! But I play this as only affecting the Camp AIs, and Chii rarely uses it.
- Playing off the above, she can locate other robots.
