Ooh, I meant to tell you, Adam went through the patterns and said, "Yeahhh, I don't see these reselling, unless the 'Claire Huxtable' style comes back into fashion."

There were a couple of lovely '50s-ish evening-y dresses (for proms long past, I guess) and a couple of cute dresses, and patterns for kids' superhero costumes, and everything else is going back to Eric.

Sounds like these people are real prize winners too. I am sure he'll ebay them and spend more money putting them up there than it's worth.

I'm sure some of the more retro (pre-'80s) things might sell, but...ehhhh. Since most of them are from the '80s--and there's a BOX of shoulder pads to go with them--I doubt they'll make much, and they've alienated my mom, which is a big deal. Power of the cops vs power of everyone else, basically, since my mom knows judges, attorneys, CFOs...
