That is a wee rat. What is Risu's interest in other species? :) The dog I have growing up loved guinea pigs. We called them "puppies" and she'd dance around every time we'd let her near, wagging her tail like mad.

So far he's attempted to bond with 2 cats and 2 degus in addition to bonding with Pierogi and A'tassa. He's much more social than I had expected. Surprisingly, he pretty much ignores the squirrels outside of his window but maybe he doesn't see them clearly.

In this shot, I had just taken Pierogi out of her cage and she was excited to start climbing all over me.
