Still working on potty-training the puppy, and currently in the process of moving. Take a knife. Knives are more intrinsically, instinctively, scarier than guns. Also, hell of a lot lighter than a hardcover. You have the knife to scare them off, and the gun as backup.

All I have with any reach are kitchen knives, and those a bit blunt. Sadly, I am law abiding citizen and have no 'pocket' knives longer than hand width. Also sadly, my pajamas have no pockets, which I think needs to be rectified soon. And I'm wondering if the warning was less for me and more for Pitch, because there is a creepy guy that keeps asking if I want to sell him, and how much he wants my dog. And I'm like, fuck no he's mine, my daddy bred him special for meeeee.
