Serpentine: Chapter Seven
IN WHICH THERE ARE TWO GUYS ONE TUB
Jean-Claude and Micah are having a bubble bath. That is it. Two pages worth of describing what a tanned dude and a pasty pale dude look like in a bath together was deemed worthy of being its own chapter.
One thing has been bugging me since day one: who does Jean-Claude's laundry? Somehow, I don't see his ex-military guards carefully cleaning his leather pants or ironing all those frills. And someone has be changing his bedding so that the throw pillows match those silk sheets. Does he do it himself? Rather menial work for the supposed King of Supernatural America.
I now want to see some old blind woman navigating the underground, complaining about having her laundry basket searched at all the new checkpoints, before finally reaching Jean-Claude and Anita mid-coitus. She then tuts as she throws ripped clothing into a bin and and powers up her vacuum.
