Being anemic will make you feel listless and depressed, too - so if you can get that straightened out you'll feel so much better! A visit with a nutritionist might be helpful. Sometimes it's combination of certain foods that yield the most benefits. Hang in there - the human body is a complicated thing. You're starting to understand your own.

I was VERY anemic when I was younger and we were able to get it under control pretty easily. I hope you will, too.
