I'm evil that way. I'm writing two BigBangs at the moment (in my never ending campaign to not study for any exams) and one of them is crazy depressing while the other one is actually sort of crackish. I find the depressing one so much easier to write, it's not even funny anymore.

Well, I'm only writing one of them from scratch. I started the other one for the spn_j2_BB, but had no hope of ever finishing it in time. They'll probably both end up with the gen_BB (I signed up for a big and a mini and then the mini spiraled out of control)

Dean having some form of learning disability is one of those things that I can totally see as canon, if canon cared to go into that much detail. And he would definitely feel ashamed of it. This was really realistic, and you captured his thoughts very well. I liked it a lot.

Yeah, like I said in that convoluted author's note up there, JA adds all these little details to Dean that are just so much fun to explore. Like the counting with his fingers thing. I think I like it better that way. No need for it to be explicitly canon.

Haha. Yeah, it tends to have the same effect on me. It's just one of those things that makes my brain throw a temper tantrum until it completely shuts down (not in a learning disorder kind of way. I understand math just fine. We just don't like each other.)
