potc 2: why didn't I have any rum?

I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest last night. It was ok, but I don't have any desire to ever see it again. What a shame.

Yeah, hence my post topic... however, I'm still not sure rum would have helped the movie find a plot. :(
