"Honestly, I can't take you anywhere," was the smooth reply as Sasori followed him in. But the smirk - it could have been labeled as nearly pleased - he gave his friend belittled the cold words. But those bells would alert things of their coming. Sasori loved secrecy, the thrill of the ambush.
The redhead looked around with some distaste. "Everyone spoke of it so much," he mused, unhappily, "that I thought perhaps it was a real hospital, with some useful tools in it... like scalpels, long fingers, syringes... thread. Needles." He sighed. "I suppose we might as well look. I can salvage most anything."
Sasori paused a moment, tilted his head, and lifted a hand; a crate, supported by his chakra, lifted up and a pack of rats scurried out. "...I've seen cleaner things in Murugu's room."

Sighing in frustration, worried that it might be too late, Misao suddenly stopped in her tracks when she heard a slight jingling noise. Turning to the sound of the voice that soon accompanied the jingles, her hand immediately clutched the kodachi at her waist. Glaring at Suzaku, she replied, "Hell no. Why would I want to do that? I'm looking for someone else."

One of his little hands reached up and grasped the back of Suzaku's tunic, with the slightest little tug to get his attention, then tugged back, still gentle, to let him know someone - someone Sasori knew - was out there.

"Well," he began, as though addressing a small child, "if you promise not to feed her and walk her... Well, yes, I suppose you can keep her! Of course, Monica!" Sasori smiled up at his friend.
"After I kill her and make a living puppet out of her corpse, of course." Sasori glanced back at Misao, and, very slowly, a smirk built up. His eyes turned up into half-moons, very creepy to be seen, considering their pale color.

Misao's hand moved from the hilt of her sword to her back where her kunai were stashed. She was much more competent using them than a blade she had only acquired a couple of days ago.
She was sorely tempted to throw a fistful at the both of them at that moment but she knew that would have been very stupid. Making the first move wasn't always a good idea. She kept her hand in place though, ready to pull out her kunai if either of them decided to make a move.
Damn it. I hope the others show up soon. She thought to herself.

He sat silently in a room on the second floor, listening--and watching what he could see--to the scene unfolding below.

He was worried about Kakashi. He knew that once you died in this place, you could come back but it didn't matter. He was supposed to protect his friends no matter what. He thought he had lost a friend and it was by fluke that he was brought back. Naruto vowed to himself never to let any of his friends come even close to death that day. It was too painful to watch a friend go through pain like that.
Luckily, his powers were back so he was able to do his shadow clone jutsu, allowing him to cover the area more quickly. Once one of his clones found the building, Naruto rushed over.
There was a group of people in front of the building doors. He saw Sakura among them and darted toward her side.
"Sorry," he apologized, "I should've been here sooner."
