The first sign that Wesker was there was his trademark flash of twin red lights in the darkness. They flashed out a second later. Wesker himself sat on the low crumbled wall of what had once been the paper store, legs crossed at the ankles. A new suit had taken the place of the one that had been badly shredded, Brad sent to get it. Schwarz came in useful like that

Nodding slightly, Yachiru moved closer as she took the offered hand without a second thought. While the shaking of hands was not a traditional greeting where she was from she understood the cultural significance of the gesture and hoped she responded properly. What kind of representative would she be if she flubbed her introduction

The lights in his eyes remained burning as he shook her hand gently. The stray thought that he could have easily crushed it in his grip fled across his mind and was quickly ignored. He probably could have sent her headfirst into the crumbling brick if he had wanted. His grip was gentle, careful of his own strength and released her hand when she wished it

His strength would have surprised Yachiru had she not had prior warning that he truly was not all human. Instead, watching him, she did her best to hide any surprise over seeing him move the weighted object with ease
