I have lots of things to write about but am feeling constantly tired all the time and lack the energy to put into a big post. I'm super busy at school for the next few weeks to finish everything off for my manuscript. I leave next Saturday for New Orleans for the one conference I'll be going to this year.

We have a lot of rust in the ground, so sometimes it comes out reddish colored. We have a water softener to remove the rust before drinking or using water for cooking, but I still prefer to filter it (just tastes better).

Kayleigh told me later in the shower that she wanted to give the baby a bath in a little tub I'd received. I told her that she'd have to wait because the baby was still inside me and she gave me another 'duh' look and pointed at the 3-month old across the room.

You are married to a very sketchy man...he looks like he is eating an oyster in that pic, you can also see his nostrils very well.

I dislike that book for the same exact reason.

And Nick grew a beard once, last year for hockey playoffs. He also has difficulty growing one.

Worst.Book.EVER. I may hide it away so that I never have to try to read it to the child. Andi just laughed when I called her out on getting it.

Just out of curiosity... why is that book so bad?

It's about how a mom is always there for her baby no matter how old he gets (she always says the same thing at the end of the day). Then the day comes when she's old and he has to take care of her, and he says her saying. SO SAD.
