This segment is mostly filler, but Subaru's desires segue into the next segment (016) to be written. This is one of the ones you could probably skip if you wanted to. It's certainly not one of my favorites, and I had only the vaguest of ideas what I wanted to do with it when I started writing...

(Kind of like this entire project, haha!)

This is starkly lovely And that tune is sad, but very beautiful. I can see its influence on you. :).

Fuuma seems to be asking one question and then giving another reply.
He becomes adamant (at least with his fingers) when posing the question "why are you here?" but then it boils down to whether or not Subaru is "useful". I heard him asking about something more than Subaru'ss usefulness....but that could be my imagination. I could be reading it with Subaru Vision where I wish to see Fuuma getting irritated about more than just the Fate of the World. ...like he could become angry over Subaru and mask it in something else...some excuse or attitude.:)

Mmmm.

And I like Subaru's perusal of his bruises...such a craving for contact. :9

Well, for one thing, I heard an urgency in his tone (Fuuma's), not so much in the actual words though the effect of them being repeated made me think that as well...but in his movements. He doesn't strike me as being aloof while he invades Subaru's space and squeezes him. It's like Fuuma has eversoslightly lost his outer cool. He seems rather impatient with him.
That and he must know how Subaru will answer when he asks him why he is there...or must expect him to be evasive. Subaru isn't wholly unpredictable XD.
Perhaps Fuuma thinks that if he presses hard enough Subaru will admit to something. Afterall, when he was a Seal he stated that he didn't give a damn about the world; he more or less seemed to care about Seishirou.
*roundabout Erin babble* and thus...

It seems that Fuuma is asking if Subaru is there for him specifically. Though I am not saying that Fuuma either wants or shuns that, just that he wants to know somehow.
