So after a run of 15 years with my partners, one is leaving, ghostballet  has decided to move on. We've grown in different directions over the years and it is no longer a good fit.  T, kiyowara , and I are staying together along with RU.  ghostballet  will continue to have a parenting role in her live, but she will live with us.  It seems less disruptive that way.

Wow. I'm surprised on the one hand, and not on the other. I hope that the transition is as smooth as possible for all of you. As someone struggling with transition and grieving, I get it. Just make sure that you give yourself *enough* time, and know that it comes in cycles. And if you think that it would be helpful in any way for RU to talk to Allegra about this transition, feel free to ping me. I think they are pretty far apart in many ways at this point, but it's still worth the offer.

Yeah, it looks like we are running on a parallel track. I appreciate the offer, but since Ru and Allegra haven't hung out for a long time, it might seem weird to her. We're planning for her to get together with some friends who have been through this. Please give yourself the gift of time as well. I hope your transition goes as smoothly as possible.
