A very nice continuation of thymelady's story! And your plot bunnies are thickening at the end, there (no, that's not a euphemism!).

One small thing: "Gisborne's curious expression spurned her on." I think you meant, "spurred," since "spurning" is something Marian does to Guy far too often.
