I thought it was an good start to a story. I was hoping for a bit of action but we're getting a slow burn here.

I'm okay with that since I really enjoy it when we get those looks into Frank's thought process. It was quite a bit of fun seeing Frank realize, step by step, that something really wrong was going on. Plus, I like Punisher stories that take place outside of NYC in general.

Taking over the reviewing job of Punisher MAX? Ha. Cool. I don't mind. Nice to have a partner! :)

If you want to continue to review Punisher MAX, I'll review The Punisher in the Marvel Universe.

Ah cool! I just want to make a contribution since the comic book store I frequent seemingly receives this stuff sooner than by mail subscription. And yeah MAX is the only Pun I read. I've read the Ennis Marvel Knights stuff too but I don't follow it well enough.

I finally got a chance to read this issue, and I have to say the story's got me hooked. This is the kind of writing I like to see in Punisher MAX. Thank the comic gods! I don't think I could've handled another poor written arc.
