overwhelming, consuming rage is what i'm feeling right now, at the senseless cruelty and brutality of the entire assault... poor adam, no wonder he's so traumatized :( even though there was no actual sexual assault per se, the sense of violation and helplessness is the same... i cried through part of this chapter, so very emotional, and you captured the panic and trauma and eventual shut down of the scenario very, very well.. this may be your best chapter yet, love ... amazing writing :)
