So. It's hot. And tomorrow it will be August! In a few weeks the weather will start to cool down and be comfortable again. But in the meantime, I'm sweltering! I need something cool to tide me over. How does a green batch sound, y'all? Green? Anyone? I need a fresh-feeling color with all this heat!

When it's cool out I keep thinking to myself "Wow, this has been such a nice, mild summer" and then it gets hot again and I go "What was I thinking this is awful!!" It will be over soon, and I am excited for autumn! =D

I'm glad you like the icons! I just realized I haven't had any kiwis this summer- how awful is that!

"I am offended/made uncomfortable by" - I put other, I basically wish to say that I'm not really offended or made uncomfortable by anything... (Yeah, I'm one tough cookie, lol) ... Other than obvious things like cruelty and human/animal suffering :(

I was asking that question mostly to get a feel for what sorts of things people are uncomfortable seeing in our posts. I promise we won't make any pro-animal cruelty icons <3

And like Alex said, there definitely will be no pro-animal cruelty icons here. I have a puppy who I ADORE!! Spanking him when he pees all over the carpet is already hard enough for me. There would never be icons of animal or human cruelty of any kind here. :)

Picked up 6, 16, 17, 19 and 20 :) It so happens that green is my favorite question.

As for the quiz, I ticked "I wish you had more people that look like me". I mean more non-white people. Honestly, this is my wish for most stock icon-makers who use people, so it's not particular to puka_pudge. But since you ask... :)

The more non-white people thing is something that's been on my mind for awhile actually. To be honest, it's something I'd like to do more of. The problem really is just that images are not that easy to find in good quality (especially on weheartit, where I get most of my images from)

I've made avi's and banners and such for characters that are POC, so I know how hard it can be to find good quality stock picture. Thanks for the link. Somehow I completely missed that batch! (Actually, I know exactly how...It was a very busy winter.)
