First: major apologies, guys -- I know I promised Worldsmith this week, but if there's going to be any Worldsmithing, it's probably going to fall on Friday evening during con downtime or something, or I might just push it back to next Sunday or Monday. (The latter is, in fact, looking increasingly likely.) I've been absolutely swamped with finals

Dude, it's your story. It goes on your journal! Post it whenever you want! It's not like we're paying you for this--nobody is going to mutter dark imprecations upon your character if you don't write your totally voluntary fanfiction in accordance with your totally voluntary schedule. We'll wait. It's cool. If it takes you a little while to get the next chapter up, I guess we'll just have to (the horror!) re-read the first couple chapters.

This is entirely sensible! I am just really good at tripping myself up with residual Catholic guilt, and also of holding myself up to perhaps unreasonable standards.

I finished mine yesterday and my brain still doesn't believe that I'm free for like two weeks. I'm like constantly asking myself, "are you sure you don't have something to do?" I'm totally going to replay my favorite RPG.
