Liquid fast is going well... how are you all doing?

So I think that I'm going to break my liquid fast with a little egg beaters

I lost 2 pound since yesterday... probably just water weight... but I like that the numbers are smaller

My rook piercing fell out last night... like my body rejected it and it finally worked its way out of my ear after two years...

Medifast shake: 180 cals

I might have another one for dinner... but otherwise its all tea, water, and diet pills for me!

To the ladies that are joining me... how are you doing so far?

I've got my day planned out and it only comes to 750cals

I think that I'm going to buy a digital scale... that way I will have exact numbers... and a tape measure to keep track of measurements... I almost don't want to becuase I'm scared

So yesterday was around 1000... maybe a little bit under...

I hate hate hate eating above 3 digits! I also hate working at a place where I can eat whatever I want.

I've decidede to walk to work again today... 20 minutes each way at a fairly moderate pace... it never hurts to get a little extra exercise

Down 1 pound... sooooooooooo far to go
