We had our first snow of the year, too. Got slightly more than you, I think, but like yours, it's all gone now.

You get to enjoy the beauty without having to deal with the icy roads and pavements the next day.

It was just a brief interval of proper winter. Today it is 14 degrees C, rain, 60 mile an hour winds. Business as usual. ))
