First time I've followed this path all the way to the end - right up to the edge of the harbour - and it is indeed lovely!

How lovely. It's amazingly warm today. I was outside briefly this afternoon and really bothered by midges.

Yes, all the midges were out by the harbour as well. Luckily I had the hide to shelter in when I sat down for a rest.

The hairy beasties look kind of cute, but I hope there was a fence between you and them!

Middlebere Farmhouse looks lovely. I imagine it would be a very pleasant place to spend a holiday.

Your Canada Geese are a long way from home! We have them here, of course, too. In recent years they have taken to wintering-over in this area, rather than flying farther south.

Yes, there was definitely a fence between me and those pointy-horned beasties!

Canada Geese seem to make themselves at home everywhere. They're easily the most numerous species along the harbour these days.
