The time is starting to fly. It seems like he just turned 16 mo, and now we're almost to 17. He is a delight. My hard work making sure he gets enough sleep has resulted in a happy kid. I dunno if it's just that he hasn't hit 2 yet, but he gets over his little tantrums very quickly

We have so many of the same things going on at our house too. Jackson is a little climber and his words are growing daily as well. I also notice him saying "dat" or "dis" for things I know he knows what they are and how to say them. Laziness? lol

We don't have gymboree, but we often go to the open gym at the local gymnastics place. Fun times! I am also thinking about kindermusik when it starts in June. He has been to 1 class and seemed to like it. The "class" part is totally doable and still mostly unstructured at this age.

Oh sleep. I've been posting about it. I keep hoping for that magic moment when things click and he just sleeps. Glad you guys are getting there. :)

I was going to comment on the obnoxiousness of pool politics, and how I have always, selfishly hated sharing pools with anyone except the people I know. But then I saw me at the end! And I want to get on that, but it takes two to want a baby.

I have been massively out of touch lately, and I apologize for that. I just feel so. incredibly. tired. all the time. I really am realizing that I'm not built to have such an early morning job. After five months of it, I still can't get the right amount of sleep. But we gotta catch up soon, for sure. Right now, I must rally to have some semblance of a Friday night. That hasn't happened in awhile.
