30 Magic Moments- Letters (1/4)greenglowsgoldJune 1 2012, 16:50:58 UTC
*This month will probably be almost all in the same verse as a few Harry Potter crossover drabbles I wrote back in the 31 Days in January challenge. Specifically, this drabble comes after Bad Things and Copy. Note: This verse is set one year behind Harry Potter’s timeline, so the boys’ first year will be equivalent to book 2, ect. Disclaimer: I don’t think 72 Sherman Road actually has a basement. Call it creative license.
Kurt got the letter midway through July, and he wouldn’t have thought it interesting (because when you were eleven, most of the letters addressed to you were really meant for your parents), but he was in the middle of an extremely boring summer.
It wouldn’t hurt to open it, he figured, and if it was for his dad, which it probably was, he could just give it to him after. Dad was at work right now, anyway, because he’d had to go in extra early this morning and hadn’t had time to look at the mail. He couldn’t open letters there

“But the police, Burt, are you sure?”
“No, I’m not. That’s why I wanted to ask. They know where his bed is, Karen. Why would they know that? And none of the letters are typed; they’re all handwritten. What kind of company writes out their ads by hand?”
“What did the police say?”
“They said…” Dad sighed. “They said it could be nothing, but it was good I came in. Said if something ha- happens, it’s good to have all the evidence and, and everything. I’m supposed to come in again if we get anything else

Kurt nodded, still amazed that the name on the letter belonged to a real person. He started to follow when Dad lead them toward the office, but paused and turned back around. Crouching down beside the car, he held out a hand to the trembling animal beneath it. “Come on, kitty.” Slowly, the cat - small enough to be a kitten, really - crept out from it’s hiding place, sniffing at his fingers and then purring when it liked whatever it smelled. It rubbed it’s face up against his hand and came closer until he could reach out and scoop it up, carrying it to the office as it purred

I don't think I've ever seen genfic for the crossover (most of it seems to be Klaine...), and actually I see a lot more artwork than fic, so I'm afraid I don't have much for you. But have you read eyesarmslove's drabbles that she wrote for last year's 30 Days challenge?
I'll drop off a link for the first of them (ugly because I'm tired), and the rest can be found using the '30 Days of Puckurt Drabble' tag.

I like Klaine but not enough to read them. I found one Crossover but it was Harry Potter into Glee (if i'm making sense) and the pairing was Harry/Kurt. It was pretty awesome.
I read these drabbles! they're so awesome <3 I wish they were continued though =(

Great excuse to re-read the Harry Potter series, too.
