30 Firsts -- Starry Night (R) emoryems June 9 2011, 18:48:32 UTC

A/N: (un)fortunately the prompt for today ('starry night') actually lead to a scene in a pre-established fic of mine. I have included an excerpt of the as of yet unpublished chapter for today's drabble. I really did not have time to write another one. The fic, already ~16,000 words long, was written for this prompt on the angst meme.

All you really need to know is that Kurt's boyfriend (not a canon character) taped Kurt being date raped, and sent out the video.

Warning: allusions to noncon/date rape, underage drinking.

Starry NightKurt walks down the stairs woodenly, eyes wide and unblinking. The image, grainy and stark, is frozen in his mind, a sickening glance at something so horrible that he can barely comprehend the reality of it ( ... )

Ohhh! Poor Kurt! I hope the full story has a happy ending after all the beautiful angst :'(

Oh I hope so, too! But I don't think I can bring myself to wrap it up all pretty-like, so it'll probably be a hopeful end :)

This is gorgeous. And now I find myself suddenly incredibly impatient again for a story update (yea, I totally blame you)... I love everything about this. Kurt getting out and Puck just being there, unobtrusive and letting Kurt take the lead. I really like how you made a point out of Puck offering a drink. Very atmospheric and sad.
