A little bit of a loose interpretation of my theme for this one...
Blaine told him he’s adorable, in a tone of voice that made Kurt feel like a six-year-old. Puck tells him he’s hot, while mouthing kisses down his chest and sucking a hickey onto his hipbone.
Blaine always touched him like he was putting on an act: awkward handholding on top of the table, his hand on the small of Kurt’s back, kissing his forehead. Puck touches him because he wants to: his arm around Kurt’s waist when they walk, their knees pressed together when they sit next to each other in glee club, his arms around Kurt while they snuggle on the couch when Puck comes over for the weekly Hudson-Hummel movie night

Puck doesn't tell the other three boys why, exactly, they need to meet at the coffee shop at a precise time. He just tells them to be there no later than 3:45, and he'll explain everything then. That gives them at least ten minutes before Kurt and the douchebag show up.
"What're we doing here?" Sam asks, dropping into the booth that's almost hidden from the rest of the store. "And why are we sitting all the way back here?"
"This has something to do with Kurt, doesn't it?" Finn interjects. "And that assembly on Wednesday."
Puck nods, and the other three boys wince before their faces harden. "What're we doing here, then?" Mike asks.
Puck tilts his head towards the door. "Four o'clock, they should be here. Somewhat public place. We're the back-up."
"He is breaking up with him, right?" Finn's face reflects both anger and guilt

10…9…
Kurt loves countdowns. The tension, the gradual build, is a thrill he’s enjoyed since he was a small child. His father always counted down the seconds to important events. It made everything that much better.
8…7…
Puck hates countdowns. He likes to get to the good stuff right away and doesn’t like any of the bullshit the prolongs the wait. He’s glad he’s Jewish, because Christmas Eve would probably give him an aneurism.
6…5…
Puck looks impatient, almost brooding, but Kurt thinks Puck has never looked sexier. Kurt wants to wrap his arms around Puck and kiss him, deep and long, but tradition calls for another four seconds, and Kurt loves tradition and anticipation. In four more seconds, they’ll be celebrating the start of another year together.

They miss the end of the countdown. They miss the ball dropping. They don’t miss the fireworks. askfhhfgahfg. This has been a key-smash-inducing experience. Seriously. I love it.

"I don't understand the appeal of this," Kurt huffs. "There's barely any point, no real aesthetic flair-"
"And you are getting your ass kicked," Puck says as he fires on Kurt's character from a few feet away ( ... )

The other grips hard enough to leave bruises on pale skin.
A furious kiss draws blood from soft lips.
Kurt winces as he is shoved against the cold wall.
Small hands push desperately at an unmovable chest.
“You’re hurting me,” Kurt whimpers.
Puck steps away, breathing heavily.
Kurt watches him nervously. Tears stream down his cheeks.
“You told me you didn’t sleep with him,” Puck spits, betrayal burning in his eyes.
“I’m sorry,” Kurt sobs.
Now they’re both crying.
The slamming of the door echoes like a gun shot.
And so it ends.

Oh emotions, how indecisive you are.
