Considering my mom/sister/brother/myself have all gone through phases in which we speak to each other in "accents", usually, no one has any idea what's going on when we're conversing. But the most commonly misunderstood words/phrases:

1) "Scrumptious Diddly-o's!" (whenever someone sees a black & white cow)
2) "I'm gonna go get me some scrumptious
