I went through a patch like that a few years ago, after 10+ years of stability. Really was a fucking nightmare. But I let it go too far, farther than I had to. The tipping point was wanting to try new meds (depression) to alleviate side effects. I got suicidality in the bargain. Not fun.

It's much better now, but I'm still not back to my best game day face. Might not get there permanently. But I have a lot more great days than shitty ones.
