Well, I sometimes grunt when I'm lifting weights. At home, alone, with no one to hear it.

What else do you do when you are home alone, and no one can hear it?

have you tried almost suppressing a giggle at the plumage display? I find that technique drives many subspecies who are oh-so-impressed-with-themselves bonkers. It's fun.

Y'know, it's funny. I heard a comment in the radio this morning, as I was waking up, about some gymgoer(s), "looking at themselves in the mirrors on every wall."

My immediate thought was, "Lifting: Ur Doing It Wrong." You use the mirrors while lifting to watch your limbs moving. Otherwise, you'll develop bad form and inevitably hurt yourself.

"Forget Appearance; Form It Everything," is the mantra of anyone who knows how to lift freeweights. Applies equally-well to many of those machines.
