Doing the touristy thing- Sydney Aquarium, Hurricanes, Imax

is there also Hurricane at Bondi?
I think it's the place my friend wanted to bring me the other time but it was closed.

Yep, the original Hurricane's is at Bondi which is a pain to get to for anyone not in the Eastern Suburbs! You have to book like a week in advance if you want to get a weekend dinner reservation for that place, it's just sooo busy!

Blue steak is basically the rarest form of steak. It goes Blue-> Rare -> Medium Rare -> so on and so forth. The outside is quickly hot seared and the inside is basically left completely raw, just warmed. The best way to eat it :)

I'm a pig too, I always eat out hubby when it comes to steak, he's not much of a red meat eater though.

Great pics of the aquarium! The last time I went all my photos were terrible, what with the darkness and fish swimming about.. not that I am a good photographer in ideal conditions either, but meh. :P

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. I took like a gazillion shots and only a small percentage of them turned out! Really had to fudge around to find the optimal settings to shoot. Damn fish, stop moving! It's hard enough as it is!!! :P
