Well, just to clarify... and knowing that I've gotten all of the reactions I can get...

The bruises were stage make-up (duh).

I was reading this book and the sister used to put bruises all over herself and when people asked, she's respond with "Isn't it Great?!?! We're soooo in love!" and then skip away.

hahaha.. i wasn't exactly sure..

you didn't put make up on you're other eye (other than the stage makeup).. the bruised one.. so that kinda threw it off..

the point my sister made was that If I had a real black eye, it'd hurt to much to put on real makeup.
