One pound of lamb.
Whole Walla-Walla onion.
Large carrot.
Small zucchini.
Fresh peas.
Beef bouillon.
Worcestershire sauce.
Diced tomatoes.
Cayenne & garlic & salt & pepper.

Topping:
Milk.
Six Communist red potatoes, skin on
