So, I believe I have just won at shepherd's pie:

Filling:
One pound of lamb.
Whole Walla-Walla onion.
Large carrot.
Small zucchini.
Fresh peas.
Beef bouillon.
Worcestershire sauce.
Diced tomatoes.
Cayenne & garlic & salt & pepper.

Topping:
Milk.
Six Communist red potatoes, skin on.
Butter.
Salt & pepper & paprika & nutmeg.
A whole helluva lot of aged white cheddar.

THEN DELICIOUSNESS ENSUES.

Followed by Doctor Who.

(also, for lunch i made chirashi don & wakame salad. and we found birch beer! i had creamy red birch beer & sam had original birch beer.)
