Yesterday was the best day and the worst day.

Went to circus to do extra workout. No one else showed up.
Sarah broke me. x.x

Then after 1 hour and 40 minutes of extreme workout on hoop/trapeze, we don't know what to do.
Suffice to say, I did twenty mintues of conditioning. ><
I lost count of how many push-ups transpired.
Ow.
