Well, the other thing about Torchlight is that it's also made by the people who are making "Fate" which I would link to if I could figure out HTML tags. Fishing is important in that one, because you can feed your pet the fishes to make them change type for a period of time. Haven't played Torchlight yet, but it might be something similar.
Yeah, pretty much. I haven't tested that out yet myself (just playing the demo, and if it's got fishing in it, I haven't gotten to it yet), but it's in there.
"Torchlight" is still a fun game for 20 bucks, and the mechanics are familiar. I'm still scratching my head over how they plan to make a long-term go of it unless they expect Blizzard to slide off the face of the Earth someday.
I do like the 'Torchlight' one (though the game looks interesting, I wouldn't mind having a new solid Diabloesque around while waiting for Diablo) - there are other ways of making women characters attractive than 'run to the Fine Leathers store' to vaguely paraphrase Terry Pratchett...
It always reminds me of an old cartoon from Dragon Magazine. A female barbarian is in a tavern, wearing a chain mail bikini that has arrows embedded in every square inch (at least three) of it. She says to her drinking companion, "lucky I was wearing my armor."
Thought you might want to know that the GameSpy add is broken. When I try to access any of the other sites I get stuck in a loop. If it helps I use Firefox and it is not happening with IE.
Site Access Issues: possible workaround

To those who are having trouble viewing PS238 or Nodwick, try disabling Javascript, preferably just for nodwick.humor.gamespy.com if your browser is capable of that. I had trouble with my Opera browser getting stuck in a Gamespy advert overlay loop and turning Javascript off for just that domain did the trick. Whatever is broken is just in that ad-script overlay, which can be safely blocked.
NOT impressed with Clockwords.. their word-list is rather broken. Sure, ok, let's not have 'capitalized' words, like Thursday... or proper names.. Like 'Indian'.. oh, and heaven help you if you're using British spellings..
I suppose I should take it as a matter of pride that I have a better vocabulary than the game..

Great. Now I want to go re-install and play "Text Twister." I'll be on it for hours...
