I'm so late with Christmas this year. My folks keep asking what I want and urge me to post to my wish list on Amazon. I'm more relaxed than they. I keep telling them that they do not need to order anything yet, there's still 5-6 days to go before the last days to order for Christmas arrive. As such I've not bought anyone any presents

I picked up a copy of Backpacker's February issue when I was in Allentown (they're published by the same company as RW), and they've got a review of snowshoes. The MSR Lightning Ascent was the top rated shoe. Remind me to bring it the next time I see you. Let's go bouldering this weekend?

I'd like to see the review. I've actually heard a lot of buzz about them.

I'd love to go bouldering, is there anything I need? Do you have a crash mat?
