So, LJ has the most complicated instructions for setting up a new mood theme. I found a fantastic new The Office theme and I downloaded the .zip file but I'm somewhat stuck as for what to do next. I've only had 2 prior personalized mood themes, and they were both made by lidi who gave step-by-step instructions and made it super easy
