Life has been busy. It just doesn't allow time to update an online journey. Living communally with 8 other people doesn't help either.

But everyone went out tonight, and I'm home for some nice free time.

So, LJ has the most complicated instructions for setting up a new mood theme. I found a fantastic new The Office theme and I downloaded the .zip file but I'm somewhat stuck as for what to do next.
