Alois Trancy and Ciel Phantomhive have both recently spoke about deaths, but they have long shown the propensity of such things. If they are involved, it is most likely unwittingly. Claude Faustus and Helena Anafeloz - though the former arrived before the attacks started, Nightray and Break has no reason to protect him.
