           “Unarmed citizen” is, if not a personal choice, an oxymoron. If government officials, elected or not, mandate a defenseless polity, then the people are no longer citizens, they are subjects. This idea is foreign to an increasing number of Americans. Oh, goodness, no; share away.

I e-mailed it to a number of Senators and pundits, like Rush, on Israel's Independence Day, and nobody has spoken of it. Likely the important types never saw it; that is why they have people screen incoming correspondence, of course.
But I wrote it for wide dispersal. Not certain just now how to get that accomplished, alhough I do need to alter a few lines now that it is no longer 5 Iyar.

Hi Kevin, finally got around to sharing your article, and the link, with my nephew, Daniel.

My baby girl is heading to Mexico as I write, after just over a week in the USA. She found the weather rather sticky and the food different but she said the people were lovely and friendly (she was in Charleston).
I'll do a post at some stage.
Hope all is well with you and that study is not too demanding :)
