I do believe that this may be an excellent idea. I would much enjoy to learn some unarmed combat.

Drizzt Do'Urden, 4th year Gryffindor ( ... )

I'll fill this in myself, for equal opportunities. However, I would like it to be maintained private from certain people ( ... )

Applications are screened to instructors -- right now that's you, me, Kimimaro, and Honey Haninozuka. Hmm, I should probably write one out myself.

..Have you seen Gaara Sabaku's application? That kid gives me chills.

We should gather them up as soon as we get them all, and go over them.

[[I vote for Sakura and Gai commenting to the apps with private posts. XDD]]

*rueful* I did figure that sixth and seventh-years were already getting this type of training in Professor Hellsing's class.

Aren't you in her class, too?

I am indeed -- which is how I thought of this class! *shiny grin* It's meant to give the younger years some consistent martial arts training, since so many of them have the rudiments of one style or another.

*shrugs* Balance, precision, and fluidity are the foundation of martial arts at every level. But I suspect we're going to have quite a few advanced students as well....

Merlin, this one's got issues.

Yeah... I'm definitely going to ask for some clarification on those answers. And what the dickens does he mean by 'to say what words cannot'? He wants to use fighting skills to communicate?

what disturbs me even more is that it looks like he's developed some kind of obsession with Lee!! He had another student go around asking questions, and there's something about Lee on his journal. I couldn't hack it all, but it makes me very nervous.

I'm reticent about this one. It feels as if we could bring a massacre onto us, if we let him join, especially if he is who I think he is...
