STEINMAN RESCUE PLOT UPDATE
Okay guys, as you may or may not know the Steinman rescue is happening tomorrow on the 24th! Noah here is putting together teams ( that are listed at the bottom of this entry ) to go and rescue a one (1) splicedsurgeon from the hell that is the Medical Pavilion under the ocean in Promenade.
For everyone that signed up, I assume you read the first OOC notice that I made when we first wanted to do this. But if you didn't that's totally okay because I'm going to reiterate a few key points right now! :D
GORE: There will be lots of it. If you do not like blood and gore then you might not want your character in this log. It will be graphic at some points. Alternatively if you're okay with blood and gore but there are a few things that you don't want to see please tell us? Like if you have a thing with eye injuries, ripping nails off or what have you. We're going to put warnings in the threads anyway but it's better safe than sorry!
ENEMIES: WHAT THE HELL IS A SPLICER, LILI? I'm glad you asked. Well, first of all, they suck. But second of all, That is a splicer. They will be what is attacking the teams through most of the mission. They're everywhere, but luckily we have guns :D
And This is a big daddy. Usually accompanied by a Little sister. Please do not make the big daddies angry HARRY.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR: Rapture is full of nasty surprises. Lights will go out, things are written on the walls in blood, and Splicers will pose as corpses. The Splicers are insane and will also say some potentially disturbing things; one of the most memorable parts of the beginning of Bioshock involves a female Splicer singing to her "baby" only to realize that her child is dead and gone and that she's singing to a pistol. If you have a problem with psychological horror, you may not want to participate. There will also be lots of these around. Just so you know.
ADAM: Dr. Steinman has asked the teams to pick up any vials filled with a green substance that they find. This substance is raw ADAM. Harvesting a Little Sister will also produce ADAM. Feel free to have your character randomly find vials and pick them up!
That's pretty much it. Sorry for rambling and linking so much crap, but I don't want to offend anyone or end up doing something they don't like.

Please tell me if I missed anyone and we'll get you added. Now so far as logging and everything is going, Grace and I decided that despite teams being assigned as such, no one has to stay together. The Medical Pavilion is a really big place and there will be plenty of areas where people can pick and choose where they want to go. They can wander off from the group willingly, take a wrong turn and get separated, whatever you guys can think of. Be creative and have fun.
