Hello good people of Promenade, in case you have no idea who I am; my name is Noah Morgan and I have an important message.
There's a man named Doctor Steinman currently trapped in a medical pavilion under the ocean of Promenade and I've been assigned to rescue him. I'm looking for fighters, healers, tech-geeks, anyone that can help aid me in this mission. I don't know what is going on down there, but it's always better to be prepared and there's no chance I'm going in alone when I'm practically blind.

[ OOC: Okay, guys! If anyone looked at the Calender they'll notice that on the 24th there is going to be a rescue mission to go and get DR. Steinman out of the medical pavilion. This was suppose to be done last month but the event got in the way, and we decided to wait until some new people got in so they could get on the action.
