Cooking
So I've been cooking for myself this last week and not relying on fast food.
Terriyaki Turkey burgers w/ sweet potato fries & a Pork Roast slow cooked in my crock pot were the highlights of this weekend's adventures in cooking. Coming up later this week is Chicken burrito's with a brown rice and Black bean mix, all wrapped up in a whole wheat -

So I went to the surgical consult this afternoon and thankfully I'm not going under the knife right now. It feels so good to not have that hanging over my head anymore *whew*. It's a new year so I need to actually post on this thing! Let's see here currently I'm under going some treatment for Lymphedema. Right now I'm doing compression wraps anti-biotics. I'm guessing it is because of the surgery I had on the same leg back in '01. I did however find a really good Dr. who I'm going to now. I have some high hopes I can get ( Read more... ) -

Had to walk to work this morning as my alternator is dead. Since %MegaDragonzordComp% deems me not worthy to be an actually employee, I'm not allowed to work from home. So as I sit here and write this I can't help but wonder how Zordon and the %MegaDragonzordComp% are going to screw me over this week! -
