So I saw an add for this on the Military History channel (I guess I'm the age and gender demographic, if not the political demographic).  It's actually pretty clever.  Pawns are donkeys and elephants, rooks are Obama and Biden vs. W and Cheney.  The knights are Pelosi and Schumer vs. McConnell and McCarthy, bishops are Dem. & Rep. Supreme Court

I recently read an article from the Washington Post dated October, 2019, entitled Five Myths About Mike Pence. Myth #5 was that he hates gay people. Interesting reading from a Liberal source. Here's the URL.

I'm not sure why you believe Tom Lobianco is a "liberal source." He seems like a straight-up reporter for the AP. That his essay appeared in the Post is not indicative, either.
